Step 1: allow apps from unknown sources

Step 4: enter your login

The player will ask for one of two things:

• A playlist URL, pasted as a single link

Blank screen on opening. Almost always wrong login details or a mistyped server URL. A missing http:// or a trailing space is the usual culprit.

Channels load but nothing plays. Check whether someone else in the house is already streaming. On a single-connection plan the second stream knocks the first offline.

Worked last season, not now. Update the player. An abandoned or outdated app is the most common cause by a distance.
